The restaurant concept originated in 2014, opening in the historic Fremont East district of Downtown Las Vegas, a partnership between chef and restaurateur Cory Harwell and his dear friend, the late Chef Kerry Simon. Designed to bring a carefully curated experience to our country’s unique & vibrant neighborhoods, Carson Kitchen features a contemporary bar, open kitchen expo counter, and community tables in an industrial yet inviting architecture that offers several choices for your private dining event.
